Balloon Installations

Balloons are synonymous with the word “party,” so it’s no surprise that we get so many requests for balloon installations that will wow. Balloon garlands and other installations are priced a la carte, separate of any planning packages. You do not need to be a planning client to book balloon services with us!

  • Balloon installations are subject to 20% service fee + tax and delivery (calculated based on distance). Outdoor, complicated, or high installations may be subject to additional fees.

  • Minimum order for delivery & installation - $300 before tax

Organic Balloon Garlands

    • Our classic garland has 3 colors and is made with 2-3 sizes of latex balloons for a full and luxe look

    • These air-filled arrangements can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be attached to freestanding backdrops or existing structures in your space

    • Can be customized to your theme and style

    • Priced by the foot, starting at $25/ft for standard garlands with 3 colors and 2-3 sizes of latex balloons.

    • Please note that garland length and width both contribute to the calculation of how many feet are needed

    • Specialty balloons (chrome colors, prints, custom colors, bubbles) and embellishments (florals, pampas grass or greenery, spiderwebs etc.) are extra and will be quoted at a higher price per foot.

Balloon Mosaics

    • These balloon filled frames pack a major punch when it comes to celebrating special milestones

    • Numbers and letters can be customized with themed embellishments

    • Pickup in Altadena or delivery available for a fee

    • 5 ft tall number or letter - $350

    • 3 ft. tall letter or number - $200

    • Pickup in Altadena or delivery available for a fee

Columns

    • These are popular for traditional balloon occasions and corporate events like graduations

    • For a classic look, a structured spiral column is the go-to.

    • For a more modern style, an organic pattern is perfect

    • Either style can be topped with a jumbo latex or a shaped mylar

    • 6 ft. classic spiral - $125

    • 8 ft classic spiral - $165

    • 6 ft. organic (3 colors) - $175

    • 8 ft. organic (3 colors) - $225

    • Jumbo latex or mylar topper - $25

    • Specialty balloons, embellishments, & toppers are extra

    • Subject to delivery and pickup fee

Jumbo Helium Balloon

    • 3 ft jumbo helium-filled balloons with a custom decal

    • Choose from tissue fringe or ribbon detail on the string

    • Includes weight

    • Treated with Hi-Float for maximum float time

    • Pickup in Altadena (delivery is available for a fee)

    • Confetti - $20 additional

Garlands to Go

    • These fun-sized mini garlands are air-filled and do not float. We will provide materials for hanging.

    • Grab and Go garlands are available for pickup only in Altadena. Please have an empty car when arriving for pickup. Grab and Go Garlands not subject to delivery & installation fee.
